The UK Automotive arm of Assystem Recruitment was originally formed in 1976 when we started life as part of International Automotive Design (IAD), a world leader in automotive engineering and recruitment support working with most of the world's automotive OEM's and associated Tier One Supplier network. Today we continue to source and recruit engineers as part of Master Vendor and Preferred Supplier agreements for Automotive OEM's, Suppliers and Design Consultancies throughout the UK & Mainland Europe.
We are a specialist provider for both permanent and contract recruitment solutions focusing on the technical aspect of automotive product and process development. We can provide experts in all aspects of the vehicle development process from the concept / styling phase through engineering, test & development into production and are considered experts in providing Design Studio staff.
